1. Material matching for export document preparation - 33272 work orders
2. DTW shipments arrangement - 1321 work orders
3. Marken shipment CI and arrangement - 1882 work orders
4. CI creation（QLA/QLE) - 5095 work orders
5. LTMS inbound shipping doc coordination - 116 work orders
6. TOPCAT/QLIMS China domestic shipments issue - 6569 work orders
7. QLIMS CI template - 365 studies
8. Restrict item record - 1981 work orders
9. Document Stamping - 14160 work orders
10. Others- On-site support before 9:00 and after 18:00
-Issue non-DG certs to CTM - 48009 Certs
-Document signed - 588 documents
-CIQ inspection support - 123 work orders
-Support STORE email issue - 115 work orders
-Support Greenlight status review - 421 work orders
