Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate and provide leadership for complex logistics projects.
• Support logistics operations particularly in clinical trial materials and export shipping areas.
• Develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with internal and external clients, couriers and related vendor.
• Work with local and overseas team members to support running of logistics operations.
• Maintain and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to logistics.
• Keep abreast of current data, trends, regulations, development and advances in logistics industry.
• Serve as customs regulatory consultant to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with global teams to ensure compliance and promote/facilitate global logistics standardization.
• Interact with domestic regulatory agencies related to import/export/transportation.
• Develop and implement new processes to improve logistics operations within the company.
• Manage staff in accordance with organization's policies and application regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, performance appraisal and guiding professional development.
Required knowledge and skills:
• Good organization and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills so as to work well colleagues.
• Proficient with computer applications (eg: Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and internet (eg: able to perform submission online).
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
Education and experience:
• Preferably have experience or educated in supply chain or logistics knowledge.
