Job Responsibilities
- Lead requirement analysis for clients' commercial excellence products, deeply understand client business pain points and industry characteristics, customize solutions, and drive business growth.
- Oversee product design and full lifecycle management, including requirement research, prototype development, feature iteration, and user experience optimization.
- Manage project implementation as a project manager (PM), coordinate cross-departmental resources, and ensure delivery quality and timelines.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and pre-sales support for clients, leading technical proposal development and commercial negotiations.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer businesses, uncover customer needs, and provide customized solutions. Maintain customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Design and drive client digital transformation roadmaps, delivering end-to-end solutions aligned with commercial excellence goals (e.g., sales efficiency improvement, supply chain optimization).
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test plans and cases, and ensure product functionality meets client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams (onshore and offshore) to complete product development and deployment, managing project risks and change control.
- Optimize client decision-making models through financial and operational data analysis to enhance commercial performance.
- Continuously track client feedback to drive product iteration and service quality improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business, life sciences, or related fields.
- 8 years or more of commercial excellence plus digital experience, preferably in Digital Operation solutions in Pharm industry.
- Solid knowledge of Both SFE and omnichannel solutions
- Familiarity with the technology solutions sales process and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong market analysis and customer needs identification capabilities.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit to collaborate effectively with different departments.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and strong stress management skills.
