We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Search Recruiter to partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, shaping hiring strategies through proactive search, talent mapping, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing approaches.
What You'll Do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective talent attraction strategies
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools, LinkedIn, and market intelligence to identify and engage talent
- Conduct intake discussions and provide talent market insights to influence hiring decisions
- Build proactive talent pipelines and deliver high-quality candidate shortlists
- Analyse sourcing performance and use data-driven insights to continuously improve outcomes
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor, building relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals, and influencing hiring outcomes through compelling storytelling and consultative engagement.
- Champion an excellent candidate experience, diversity, and compliance
- Mentor and support Talent Search colleagues, sharing best practices and innovative approaches
What You'll Bring
- Strong experience in Talent Search, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Executive Search
- Expertise in developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies
- Ability to interpret market trends and talent data to drive hiring decisions
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Healthcare, or Technology sectors preferred
- German language skills desirable

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł104,200.00 - zł193,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
