Job Summary:
Perform routine laboratory testing and data analysis in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory guidelines. Document results accurately, maintain laboratory equipment, and collaborate with laboratory personnel and cross-functional stakeholders to support safety, quality, and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform and document analytical procedures in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
- Analyze routine data to confirm procedures are progressing as expected and results remain within acceptable tolerances
- Identify and document potential performance errors or unusual results, escalating findings to senior laboratory personnel
- Prepare analytical results for upload to the LIMS system under the guidance of senior staff
- Prepare buffers and solutions and perform assigned equipment calibration and maintenance
- Support quality investigations, deviations, procedural updates, and implementation of approved changes
- Train and guide laboratory personnel on routine procedures in areas of demonstrated competency
- Communicate clearly and promptly with cross-functional stakeholders while supporting safety, quality, and 6S initiatives
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; some CAP/CLIA laboratory locations may require a Bachelor of Science in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology
- 6 months experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred
- Working knowledge of applicable regulatory standards, including Good Laboratory Practices
- Proficiency with relevant laboratory techniques, automation, or specialized laboratory equipment
- Ability to perform routine and some non-routine laboratory calculations involving batches, specimens, averages, means, standard deviations, and quality-control metrics
- Applicable certification and/or other requirements established by country, state, or other regulatory bodies
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy and complete documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
- Knowledge of laboratory safety, infection-control practices, standard precautions, and hazardous chemical handling
- Good computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to support the onboarding and training of laboratory staff

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $42,700.00 - $89,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
