Job Overview
Under guidance, bridges and codes data into IQVIA systems.

Essential Functions

  • Codes data, as required, transforming incoming paper data from suppliers into electronic data files.

  • Interprets written responses and enters them into electronic coding systems, allocating data to standard reference systems.

  • Performs quality assurance on coded data to ensure it accurately reflects the paper data submission.

  • Bridges data by comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA reference data files to establish a match using manual or automated processes.

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Three (3) years of work experience in which PC literacy skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, have been acquired.

  • Ability to conduct basic analysis and information gathering to resolve routine issues.

  • Developing knowledge of the company's products and the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Educational background and/or professional experience in a healthcare-related field, such as:

    • Pharmacy

    • Nursing

    • Medical Technology / Medical Laboratory Science

    • Physical Therapy

    • Other allied health or healthcare-related disciplines

Preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data quality and accuracy.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology, drug names, disease classifications, or healthcare reference sources.
