
About the Role
IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Community Analyst to join iPOST Team. This team is responsible for the creation, management, and retirement of study-specific investigator portals that support engagement, communication, and collaboration with clinical study site personnel globally.
In this role, you will partner with study teams and portal vendors to implement site engagement strategies, manage portal content and communications, support portal operations, and ensure a positive experience for investigative sites throughout the lifecycle of a clinical trial.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational contact for study-specific Investigator Portals from study start-up through archive.
- Partner with study teams to develop and implement site engagement and communication strategies.
- Coordinate portal launches and ongoing activities with study teams and portal vendors.
- Manage and maintain portal content, including: News posts, Email communications, Enrollment dashboards, Visit guides and calculators
- Edit and publish communications related to study updates and activities.
- Provide business application and portal support to study teams.
- Facilitate kickoff meetings and ongoing portal review meetings with cross-functional study teams.
- Escalate portal-related issues when appropriate and coordinate resolution across impacted teams.
- Support user management activities and vendor interactions.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience in clinical research, including : Clinical Trial Coordination, and/or Clinical Trial Monitoring
- Experience supporting studies utilizing Investigator Portals or site engagement platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
Preferred
- Experience creating study newsletters, email campaigns, and site-facing communications.
- Experience with portal administration, community management, or other digital engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and study lifecycle activities.
- Experience working directly with vendors and technology platforms supporting clinical research.
