Vendor Management Lead, Site Engagement Solutions

At IQVIA, we're transforming how clinical research is delivered by bringing innovative site engagement and workforce solutions to sponsors and healthcare sites. We are looking for an experienced Vendor Management Lead to help drive the success of our Site Engagement Solutions (SES) business in Turkey.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Site Management Organizations (SMOs) and other service providers that support large-scale clinical research programs. You will work closely with project teams, sites, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure vendor performance, operational excellence, and high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead vendor governance and performance management activities for clinical research programs
• Build strong partnerships with SMOs, vendors, and site stakeholders
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs, quality standards, and timelines
• Identify and proactively manage operational risks, issues, and escalation pathways
• Support vendor onboarding, readiness, contracting, and payment processes
• Review vendor deliverables, documentation, and financial records to ensure operational accuracy
• Maintain oversight reports, trackers, and governance documentation
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Project Leadership teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help scale vendor management capabilities across the business

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in vendor management, supplier management, clinical operations, project management, or related areas
• Understanding of clinical research and site-facing delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Fluency in English & Turkish

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Site Management Organizations (SMOs)
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes
• Understanding of the clinical research landscape in Turkey
