
Regional Sales Administration & Operations Analyst – LATAM
Job Overview
Under the guidance of the Associate Director, Regional Sales Administration & Operations, the Regional Sales Administration & Operations Analyst supports commercial and operational activities across Latin America. The role is responsible for regional reporting, TPA coordination, proposal and contract administration, stakeholder management, account planning support, and maintaining commercial governance processes. The position works closely with Sales, Business Units, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and Country Leadership teams across LATAM.
Essential Functions
Commercial Operations & Reporting
Manage and coordinate the full Third Party Agreement (TPA) process across LATAM, ensuring timely execution and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain regional Hyperion reports by country, client, opportunity, and business line.
Consolidate regional sales data, pipeline information, renewals, forecasts, and commercial opportunities for management review.
Monitor opportunity progress and coordinate with country teams to ensure proposals, approvals, and supporting documentation are submitted on time.
Provide operational and analytical support to the Regional Sales Administration & Operations function.
Proposal, Contract & Documentation Management
Consolidate regional commercial proposals for management review and approval.
Maintain regional repositories of contracts, SOWs, MSAs, approvals, amendments, and other commercial documentation.
Update and maintain proposal trackers, renewal dashboards, and commercial reporting tools.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal governance requirements.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Maintain and update regional databases of Key Account Managers (KAMs), client assignments, commercial contacts, and Business Unit stakeholders.
Support account planning activities for key regional customers.
Coordinate account ownership updates and commercial structure changes across countries.
Assist in the preparation of business reviews, management reports, and executive presentations.
Regional Coordination & Business Support
Partner with Brazil Marketing and regional business teams to develop standardized business unit presentations across LATAM.
Support the development and maintenance of regional account plans for strategic customers.
Coordinate follow-up activities related to service delivery, data quality, customer escalations, contract compliance, and operational matters.
Act as a liaison between commercial, operational, and production teams to facilitate issue resolution and ensure alignment.
Process Improvement & Governance
Support continuous improvement initiatives across regional commercial processes and reporting methodologies.
Promote standardization of tools, reporting practices, and documentation across LATAM.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across regional commercial databases and reporting platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Support, Contract Administration, or related functions.
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
Experience with Hyperion, Salesforce, CRM platforms, or reporting tools is desirable but not required.
Intermediate to Advanced English (written and verbal).
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural regional environment.
