Quality Assurance Analyst (Digital Assets, Web & DAM Operations)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in digital asset validation, web QA, and DAM (Digital Asset Management) operations.

The individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, functionality, and compliance of websites, emailers, CLM presentations, digital campaigns, and other marketing assets while supporting the effective management of assets within DAM platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional attention to detail, a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and experience working with digital content workflows in healthcare and life sciences environments.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Asset Validation

  • Conduct end-to-end quality reviews of websites, emailers, CLM presentations, landing pages, banners, and digital marketing assets.
  • Validate content accuracy, visual design, formatting, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
  • Verify functionality of hyperlinks, CTAs, forms, downloads, navigation elements, and interactive components.
  • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experience.
  • Ensure assets adhere to approved designs, briefs, brand guidelines, and client requirements.

Defect Management & Issue Resolution

  • Identify, document, track, and communicate defects and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with creative, development, and project teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform regression testing to validate fixes and updates before deployment.
  • Support quality sign-off processes prior to asset release or deployment.

Digital Asset Management (DAM) Operations

  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital assets within DAM platforms.
  • Ensure accurate metadata tagging, taxonomy classification, and asset categorization for efficient search and retrieval.
  • Maintain asset libraries and ensure proper version control and governance.
  • Support user administration activities, including asset permissions, user access management, and stakeholder onboarding.
  • Track and maintain records of asset uploads, approvals, archival activities, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Monitor DAM compliance and ensure assets meet organizational standards and naming conventions.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and production teams to streamline asset management processes.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure content and assets meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Validate localization and market-specific adaptations where applicable.
  • Support quality assurance for healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing materials.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, content teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, structured, and actionable feedback to delivery teams.
  • Participate proactively in quality reviews and project checkpoints.
  • Escalate risks, quality concerns, and process improvement opportunities when identified.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Digital QA, Content Operations, DAM Operations, or related roles.
  • Hands-on experience testing websites, email campaigns, digital assets, or marketing materials.
  • Experience working with DAM platforms and digital asset repositories.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, defect management, and content governance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences organizations.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats, Veeva DAM, Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM), Bynder, Aprimo, or similar DAM platforms.
  • Experience supporting omnichannel campaigns, CLM assets, and digital marketing operations.
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
