IQVIA MedTech provides solutions and services dedicated to supporting the needs of the medical device and in vitro diagnostics industry, from Concept to Patient.

Position Overview:

Align IQVIA MedTech sales, consulting, product management, and marketing around a common growth strategy to expand the customer base and strengthen executive relationships with Quality, Regulatory and Compliance professionals within the MedTech & IVD industry.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key IQVIA stakeholders and external leaders to develop competitive, differentiated, and relevant technology and consulting offerings for the QARA and Compliance functions.
  • Expand C-suite and QARA functional leadership engagement within priority accounts, strengthen strategic relationships and increase influence with Quality, Regulatory and Safety decision makers.
  • Lead the adoption of integrated solutions selling strategies across technology, consulting and services offerings to increase share of wallet and deliver greater customer value.
  • Develop marketplace analysis that monitors trends and helps quantify the most promising opportunity areas.
  • Maintain an advanced technical and commercial understanding of Quality, Regulatory and Safety technologies and services offerings and provide “best practice” advice throughout the sales cycle.
  • Drive the development and execution of marketing and promotional plans.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, create in-depth strategy presentations, and define and drive the execution of implementation plans.
  • Actively participate in proposal preparation meetings and/or proposal defense meetings as needed.
  • Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • To be eligible for this position, you must reside in the same country where the job is located.
  • US remote with ability to travel approximately 20%.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.
  • 15 years relevant experience in Quality, Regulatory, Safety or Commercial Compliance within the MedTech industry or agency environment with 4 year’s management experience Required.
  • Exceptional leadership, presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing global teams in a matrixed, multi-regional organization delivering global initiatives
  • Strategic business awareness of Medical Device and/or IVD industry and the ability to translate emerging industry trends relevant to the organization.
  • Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment maintaining flexibility and changing priorities to meeting demanding timelines.
  • Strong team player with high level of stress tolerance.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and articulate recommendations and solutions based on this analysis.
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, and logistics skills.
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $134,600.00 - $374,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
