
Essential Functions
Own the end-to-end scheduling process for interviews, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate timely and efficient interviews
Partner with Talent Acquisition, Recruiters and internal stakeholders to support sourcing and candidate identification for assigned positions
Ability to interpret job descriptions and evaluate candidate experience against defined qualifications
Provide the TA Delivery partner and team with organized candidate search results for further review and consideration
Develop strong and effective team relationships across Delivery Enablement, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions, e.g., HR PSC, Finance, etc.
Maintain and document accurate and complete records within the ATS, along with other TA recruiting systems
Support ongoing or ad-hoc projects and initiative that support Delivery Enablement and the Talent Acquisition function
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Provide reports and maintain data on coordinating activities as requested by management
Document results and other relevant sourcing activity in accordance with established processes within TA
Keep appraised of regional and local employment laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or related field preferred
1+ years’ experience in an office environment or within an HR function preferred
Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and TA priorities, while maintaining accuracy
Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications or Workday knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of local and relevant employment laws and regulations
Comfortable supporting US working hours
