We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join IQVIA remotely in the US.

Provide high-level administrative and project management support to a senior business leader, typically at the VP level, within a complex global organization. Partner with leadership to manage business priorities, drive key initiatives, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations while handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and executive communications.
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.
Support recruitment activities and onboarding processes for new team members.
Serve as a primary liaison between the executive and key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports, recommendations, and business summaries to support leadership decision-making.
Lead and coordinate key projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the executive, managing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or potential delays, and provide regular status updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership while driving initiatives to successful completion.
What We Are Looking For:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3 years of executive administrative support experience, preferably supporting VP-level or senior executives in a corporate or global business environment.
Demonstrated experience coordinating projects, managing competing priorities, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and other business applications.
Exceptional organizational, project management, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet demanding deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interact effectively with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, manage stakeholder relationships, analyze data, solve problems, and work independently in a remote environment.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $48,000.00 - $120,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
