Overview
Provide application support for an enterprise SaaS platform, focusing on production issue
resolution, integrations, data feeds, and platform stability.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 application support.
• Troubleshoot application, API, integration, and data issues.
• Monitor production systems and data feeds.
• Perform root cause analysis and support deployments.
• Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting and validation.
• Maintain support documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• 4-6+ years supporting enterprise web applications.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, databases, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Life Sciences or Healthcare experience preferred.
Technical Skills
• PHP 8.x, OOP, and CakePHP application support.
• REST APIs, web services, data feeds, and third-party integrations.
• SQL, MySQL, and NoSQL troubleshooting and optimization.
• JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Vite, Angular, and React.
• Browser developer tools and front-end debugging.
• AWS (EC2, S3, RDS).
• Linux/Unix, application logs, and monitoring tools.
• Git, Jira/CSM, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
Preferred Qualifications
• SaaS, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Speaker Bureau platform support.
• ETL processes, automated data feeds, and Agile methodologies.
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Work Schedule
Flexibility to support EST, CST, and IST business hours, including occasional after-hours support
