Role

IQVIA is looking for a Senior Consultant, Change Management to support the successful implementation and adoption of large-scale digital transformation initiatives within public healthcare organizations in the Valencian Community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing change management processes, communication, stakeholder engagement and training strategies to facilitate organizational adoption and ensure project objectives are achieved. This role requires strong consulting capabilities, healthcare sector expertise and experience managing organizational changes in complex healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management workstreams within complex healthcare transformation projects.
  • Assess organizational readiness and identify issues across stakeholders and user groups.
  • Develop and implement communication, engagement and adoption strategies.
  • Design and deliver training programs and educational materials for healthcare professionals and end users.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews and stakeholder analysis activities.
  • Support organizational transition planning and adoption monitoring.
  • Develop documentation, reports, presentations and project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between business, operational and technical objectives.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively identify risks related to user adoption and organizational change.
  • Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • MECES Level 2 academic qualification (Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Degree, Licentiate Degree or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant consulting experience.
  • Experience supporting implementation and adoption of healthcare technology solutions.
  • Teaching Certificate (CAP) or equivalent pedagogical qualification.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions and organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience in Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations, either as part of the functional team or through Change Management activities.
  • Experience in the localization of technology solutions and related supporting materials.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions and organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex project environment.
  • Excellent presentation, reporting and client-facing skills.
  • Native Spanish and professional English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Management or related field.
  • Formal Change Management certification (Prosci, APMG, ACMP or equivalent).
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).
  • Experience working with public healthcare organizations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare processes and clinical workflows.
