Role Overview
Use your scientific knowledge and language expertise to join a global team delivering high-quality Medical Information services to healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers. In this role, you will provide accurate, balanced, and non-promotional medical information, supporting customers across multiple communication channels.
As part of the role, you will also identify, document, and route adverse events and product quality complaints in accordance with established safety procedures. The primary focus of this position is Medical Information, with additional support for safety reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to medical and product-related inquiries received via phone, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Provide accurate, evidence-based, and non-promotional information regarding products, therapies, and disease areas.
- Document customer interactions in compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
- Utilize approved medical information resources and scientific literature to address inquiries.
- Identify, document, and appropriately route adverse events, product quality complaints, and other reportable information.
- Support safety data intake activities, including accurate documentation within designated systems.
- Collaborate with Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in training, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or another relevant scientific discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Slovak, Czech (C2/Business Level), English, and any additional foreign language (minimum C1) will be a plus.
- Strong scientific aptitude and ability to communicate medical information effectively.
- Understanding of adverse event reporting and pharmacovigilance principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and healthcare professionals.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is €23,500.00 - €35,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
