
We are seeking a Manager, Project Services to join IQVIA Laboratories in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Job Summary:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead, mentor, and develop assigned staff while overseeing day-to-day activities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable regulations
- Plan, assign, and direct work; manage performance; guide professional development; and provide recognition or corrective action as appropriate
- Assess project management talent continuously and implement improvements that support consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Promote best-in-industry customer service by identifying issues quickly, coordinating effective resolutions, and communicating outcomes to internal and external customers
- Ensure clinical studies are planned and executed in accordance with FDA, ICH, and EMEA guidelines, including ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice requirements
- Lead cross-functional collaboration among Project Services, internal departments, external vendors, study sponsors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in customer meetings, bid defenses, governance activities, audits, inspections, investigator meetings, monitor meetings, and interactions with regulatory authorities as required
- Monitor and report team performance against contractual commitments, client expectations, project baselines, and organizational objectives
What We Are Looking For:
- A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trials/ hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment
- Advanced English proficiency is required; CVs must be submitted in English
- Direct line management experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Project Services processes, central laboratory processes, or equivalent central laboratory operations is preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and company systems, or experience with similar centralized laboratory systems, is preferred
- Experience successfully leading large, global, and complex Phase I-IV clinical trials is preferred
- Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
