Internal Job Description

Role purpose:

This hire is required to strengthen the Project Management team for ECOA projects, as the number of initiatives has significantly increased this year. These projects focus on implementing quality of life questionnaires on electronic devices for patients participating in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage migration activities, adapting existing translations into new formats.

  • Coordinate with the external ECOA vendor to generate screenshots within their platform.

  • Review screenshots to ensure questionnaires are accurately displayed on all client-specified devices.

  • Oversee an average of 10 projects simultaneously.

  • Work in a patient-facing environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work under limited direction.

  • Proven ability to deliver results according to quality and timeline metrics.

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

  • Excellent customer service mindset.

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and strong overall software/computer skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

Requirements and Tools:

  • Experience in localization.

  • Familiarity with CAT tools, Phrase, and Microsoft Office package.

  • Fluent English (other languages are a plus).
